CEREC Restorations

CEREC is the latest in computerized dental technology that will save you time and more of your natural tooth structure, with convenience and comfort. We have two cutting-edge CEREC systems available for your convenience, once again evidencing Salling & Tate as an industry leader in technological services.

Dental Fillings

A filling is the first option in a dental restoration. If a tooth has a small amount of decay or if it has been chipped, cracked, or worn down, a filling can be used to restore the shape and structure.  A dental filling is a quick procedure that can be performed in about 30 minutes.

Dentures

For many years, partial dentures have been used to replace groups of teeth or a few teeth scattered across the lower or upper jaw. Full dentures are similar to partial dentures in that they are prosthetic teeth and gums used to replace missing teeth. The main difference between full and partial dentures is that full dentures are a total replacement system for either upper or lower teeth and, in some cases, both.

Emergency Dental Care

Sometimes life can throw you curve ball, and when unexpected dental problems arise, the staff here at Salling & Tate can help. We can treat a wide range of urgent dental issues, including:Cracked or chipped teeth.Teeth that have become dislodge or knocked outMis-aligned or loose teethBroken FillingsBroken CrownsToothaches

Invisalign®

Invisalign® uses a series of invisible, removable, and comfortable aligners that no one can tell you're wearing. You can smile more during treatment as well as after. 3-D computer imaging technology is used to create the aligners and has been proven effective in straightening teeth.

Porcelain Crowns

No longer will crowns have to be considered unaesthetic. Newer porcelain crowns are now not only tooth colored throughout, they are very durable. These highly biocompatible materials blend into the smile better as there is no dark metal underneath to hide.

Porcelain Onlays

An onlay restoration is a custom made filling made of composite material, gold, or tooth-colored porcelain. Porcelain onlays are popular because they resemble your natural tooth. An onlay is sometimes also referred to as a partial crown. Porcelain onlays are made by a professional dental laboratory and is permanently cemented onto the tooth by your dentist.

Porcelain Veneers

A Veneer is a thin sheet of porcelain that is bonded to the front teeth to enhance the smile. Veneers can repair broken, stained or worn front teeth. Considered conservative as usually minimal tooth needs to be removed.

Root Canal

Most patients are a little confused as to what a root canal procedure actually entails. First and foremost root canals are painless before we begin the procedure will make sure you are completely numb. A root canal is a procedure we use to save and preserve natural teeth.

Sedation Dentistry

Sedation dentistry uses medication to help patients relax during dental procedures. It’s sometimes referred to as “sleep dentistry,” although that’s not entirely accurate. Patients are usually awake with the exception of those who are under general anesthesia.

Teeth Cleaning

Evidence keeps pouring in that a healthy mouth is the gateway to a healthy body. Bacteria that accumulate on your teeth cause gum disease and cavities; which will lead to tooth loss. Routine dental exams and cleanings are an important part of reducing the likely hood of these illnesses.

Teeth Whitening

Whitening your teeth, under the supervision of your dentist, has been proven safe in clinical studies over a period of many years. The primary ingredient in our bleaching solutions is carbamide peroxide, which has been used to brighten the smiles of millions of people worldwide.
